Keyless, On-Demand Data Protection

As we steadily march to the beat of a digital drum in an all-digital world, we have yet to keep up with how to secure and protect all of this data driving us forward. Conventional data protection utilizes public or private keys that are typically nothing more than random numbers to encrypt data. Given a window of opportunity, even classical computers (not to mention quantum computers) can figure out how to hack these numbers.

This is where HyperSphere, a cloud-first, API-driven security platform, stands out. Contrary to a key that can be hacked, lost, or stolen, HyperSphere deploys its patented technology to transform any data—from an antiquated AES key to structured or unstructured data—into abstract constructs called shadows.

HyperSphere’s data protection paradigm allows the underlying data to be deleted once the data has been converted into shadows. When needed, the shadows come together to revive the data on-demand, ensuring the safety of the digital assets.

“These shadows are essentially random coordinates in n-dimensional space, and no one shadow contains any information about the protected data. To reconstitute the underlying data on demand, there needs to be at least two shadows that go through our proprietary algorithm. They must also be the exact shadows with the exact time-stamp,” explains James DeCesare, Chief Executive Officer, HyperSphere. Through this, HyperSphere ensures that sensitive data becomes unusable and non-recoverable to a bad actor.

HyperSphere’s secure technology arrangement is offered by way of APIs that can be easily integrated into any company’s pre-existing platform. They also provide the technology in a hardware appliance on the backend, so the platform or mechanism remains unaffected.

“Most enterprise clients we encounter have sensitive data often scattered across different systems. They also deploy many disparate security technologies that are expensive, slow, or errorprone while still failing to protect the data. Our innovative quantum immune shadowing technology ensures sensitive information is safe while eliminating redundancy in different security tools and protocols,” says Todd Miller, General Counsel, HyperSphere.

Our cloud-first, API-driven company provides keyless, on-demand, and secure technology that fixes today’s data protection problems and those of tomorrow

Fostering a business model strategy that combines software licensing with the professional services segment, HyperSphere’s customer segments include BSFI – (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), blockchain technologies, gaming, media, and entertainment, healthcare, and cyberinsurance. For instance, Kryptic, a new cryptocurrency multiblockchain digital wallet, has partnered with HyperSphere to help them protect their users’ identity, secret seed, and passphrase. With their APIs, HyperSphere dynamically shadows the customers of Kryptic’s user credentials and private key pairs, safeguarding the cryptocurrency or assets stored in the digital wallet. HyperSphere is also partnering with Planet Theta to create the most secure VR dating app to ever exist. HyperSphere protects users’ personally identifiable information to create a new level of quantum immune data protection or QIDP ®.

HyperSphere’s innovative data protection platform allows anyone to use its technology to build their own digital Fort Knox. As a reliable next-gen data protection partner, HyperSphere offers a safe digital life with keyless, on-demand, and secure technology that fixes data protection problems of yesterday, today and future-proofs those of tomorrow.
